What breaks under pressure usually wasn’t designed to scale

OMY Systems is named after client feedback. After workflows are cleaned up, processes are clarified, and systems start doing what they’re supposed to do, clients usually pause and say something like: “Oh my god… everything just works.” Less chaos. Fewer questions. More time. More control.

That moment never gets old — this is why I love what I do.

I’ve always been drawn to the behind-the-scenes side of business. I’m the person who notices where things get clunky, where work is being repeated, or where important details are living only in someone’s head. Over the past decade, that instinct has taken me deep into the backend of service-based businesses, from solo operators with $100K in revenue to multi-million-dollar companies and solo teams to teams of 40+.

Most clients come to me with a feeling that something is off. They know they’re losing time, productivity, or money, especially as they grow. What surprises them is just how much is being absorbed by manual work, inefficiencies, and systems that were never designed to scale.

When the right operational systems are put in place, the shift is obvious. Work gets clearer. Automation takes over the repetitive parts. Ownership stops being fuzzy. Clients regularly get hours back each week, and in many cases, see five-figure financial returns as a direct result.
