DAY RATES
Hire me for hourly systems work!
My Day Rates allow you to work with me on smaller systems setups and system update projects. If you want a new workflow, additional service setup, or some overall sprucing or support you can get an estimate!
The investment:
HALF DAY – 4 Hours – $600CAD/$420USD*
FULL DAY – 8 Hours – $1350CAD/$940USD*
The Process:
Step1: Get in touch with your list of tasks or project to get an estimate for completing your setups/cleanup/ops etc.
Step 2: Sign your contract and pay your invoice in full to secure your start date
Step 3: Schedule your planning meeting and provide all the bits and bobs I need to complete the work. Don’t worry there is a guide to help
Step4: We’ll meet to discuss your project
Setp 5: I’ll complete the work and reach out for feedback, questions
Step 6: We’ll meet for a revision walk though at your request or jump straight to your training call to walk though how to use your new systems

Meetings are included.
My Day Rate work includes a planning meeting, optional feedback / training meeting. I’ll leave fifteen to thirty minuets for revisions.
It’s not always really done in a day.
While I organize my options in half and full days for simplicity, depending on the scope of work, I may not actually complete your project within one business day. Instead, depending on the scope of your project, I may work on your project over 7 business days. This can allow for proper testing and troubleshooting to take place.
You’re Kept in the Loop Always.
As tasks are being accomplished you will be kept in the know and any sticky points I will reach out for approval – I believe in getting things done right the first time to avoid revisions. Although rare, if I start working on your project and find I need more time to bring your vision to life, I’ll reach out to get approval before adding any additional hours to your project.
